We will be performing a Lion Dance at Jasbelle Restaurant this Saturday evening as part of their new restaurant opening celebrations.

Class Time Changes

Class times have changed at the Wollongong Scout Hall.  Classes are now shorter in duration, starting at 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  There is no longer a Saturday class.

In addition, the Thursday classes at the Lake Illawarra PCYC have been regrettably cancelled until further notice.  Students are more than welcome to train at the Wollongong Scout Hall on Thursdays instead as it is now a much larger and rewarding class.
If in doubt, check the class times page via the link on the left of screen.

SCMAA now a Member of AKWF

We should have posted this much sooner but as of late last year our school is a member of the Australian Kung Fu/Wu Shu Federation.

This means (as has always been the case) that:
  • all instuctors are accredited at NCAS Level 1 or higher
  • the school has its own insurance policy
  • we are bound by the Industry Code of Practice

Womens 10 week course update

Hi Everyone,

Just to clarify a few details about the 10 week course, as this Tuesday 22nd July is the first week!

Cost: $100 (includes SCMAA training T-shirt)
Attire: Comfortable clothing, joggers, no jewelery
Time: 6pm - 7.30pm
Bring: A drink bottle of water if desired
Place: 4th Wollongong Scout Hall (next to Beaton Park Leisure Centre)
